Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the cases in which refunds are supported for key purchase transactions at Hider V. The system operates on a pay-per-key model (e.g., 10,000 VND = 20 keys). Therefore, refunds are only applicable in cases of technical errors during the key top-up process.
Successful Payment but Keys Not Received
If you have completed the payment but the keys were not added to your account, please visit the Support Contact section and provide the following information:
- Full name
- Gender
- Username
- Reply email address

Hider V will verify the transaction and respond within 10 business days. If the transaction is confirmed as valid but the system failed to add the keys automatically, you will receive:
- The corresponding number of keys re-added to your user account.
- Or a full refund of the paid amount if you no longer wish to receive the keys.
1. Refund Scope
- Applicable only to key purchase transactions where a system error prevented keys from being credited.
- Refunds are not supported for personal reasons such as no longer needing the service, accidental purchase, incorrect transfer details, etc.
- No refunds for transactions where keys were correctly credited to the system.
2. Review Conditions
- Users must provide accurate information matching the payment transaction.
- Valid transaction proof is required, such as transfer time or transaction ID.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Verification & response time: 10 business days.
- Refund processing time (if applicable): 5–15 business days, depending on the bank.
4. Policy Changes
Hider V reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will be published on this page.
